NetCut This is a commonly used tool used on networks to cut down the network connection of victim. It makes  a Denial of Service attack on the Victim so that he doesn’t get internet access. It does so by flooding the switch with unreal MAC address entries that point to the victim’s ip address, so the packets are mapped incorrectly and the victim receives no packets.  Lets understand how it works: Suppose there is a Desktop PC with:       Hostname :  C4         IP : 10.0.0.81        Gateway : 10.0.0.138 We use here 3 tools: 1.Netcut : To make Attack. 2. Windows7 Starter edition dodn’t have an option for setting up an Ad-Hoc network in the Network and Sharing Center. On Microsoft product page it is stated that ad-hoc connection is not available in Windows 7 Starter edition. But as it all turns out, you can in fact use the ad-hoc network in Starter edition. Microsoft has promoted Windows 7 Starter edition in a bizarre way. Sure, it is a stripped down version of Windows 7 most suitable for netbooks but saying that it can’t create or be part of ad-hoc network is stupid and misleading. Most guides, including the one we wrote here, ask users to head over to the Network and Sharing Center and then set up ad-hoc network.
